Penn Starts Here is a website I designed and built as part of a freelance collaboration with the University of Pennsylvania. The purpose of the site is to define the place of Penn Arts and Sciences within the larger University community, and highlight the specific achievements of students, staff and alumni. Using Webflow and GSAP, I used scroll-triggered animations to anchor each section and encourage users to stay engaged with the site and click into other Penn Arts and Sciences materials.
